HEATED SPRAY CABINET PARTS WASHERS
Temco has built parts washers since 1978. We are a family-owned company in Edmond, Oklahoma, and our machines are made in the USA. Every Temco machine is a heated spray cabinet: it cleans with hot water and detergent, not solvent.
How a Temco spray cabinet works
Load your parts onto the turntable and close the cabinet. A heated tank of water and Temco detergent feeds a high-flow pump, and the hot solution sprays the parts while the turntable turns. The solution drains back into the tank, so you reuse it cycle after cycle. An automatic oil skimmer pulls floating oil off the top to keep the wash clean.
Which model fits your shop
TL3 Top Load: our compact top-loader. 22-inch turntable rated for 500 lb, 30-gallon tank, and it runs on 120V or 230V.
T3: 22-inch turntable rated for 750 lb, 32-gallon tank and a 6 kW heater that reaches 180°F. Runs on 230V single phase.
T5: 30-inch turntable, an AMT pump that moves 115 gallons a minute at 65 psi, and a 24-hour, 7-day heat timer.
T10: the same 115 GPM AMT pump, with a 9-hook parts tree, a small parts basket and an evaporation system.
T20: 24-hour, 7-day heat timer, automatic oil skimmer and a top-load cutout for crane or forklift loading. Ask about the stainless steel option.
T50: a larger cabinet with a composite turntable drive, turntable jam prevention and top-load access.
T65: our largest machine. Split doors make big, heavy parts easier to load, and it is built for crane loading.
Every machine carries a 2-year parts warranty and a 10-year limited craftsmanship warranty when it runs on approved detergent. Machines ship by freight. Freight is not included in the price: we contact you with the freight cost and take payment for it then.
Use the right detergent
Temco machines are made to run with TurboKlean detergents. Use AP All Purpose for everyday cleaning, or AS Aluminum Specific for aluminum and other soft metals. Approved detergent keeps the 10-year warranty in force.
