I want to thank you for your excellent service. As you know we purchased the T50 model. We certainly appreciated discussing with us the various features and difference among the various models. We have been using the T50 for about one month. We could not be happier with the selection we made. Your service is extraordinary, we came across a small problem. Your company shipped the replacement part the same day. We installed the part with no difficulty and the parts washers works great. My only regret is not having purchased earlier. If any potential customer wants to see the parts washer in action, we would be happy to demonstrate it.
